Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF):
Full‑time position. Licensed PT required in the state of Florida. All services are performed in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Provide skilled PT‑related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

• Graduate of an accredited PT program
• Active Florida PT license (or license‑eligible) required
• SNF or post‑acute experience preferred
• Net Health knowledge preferred

Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within this skilled nursing facility, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.
