Responsibilities- Review patients medical history
- Provide excellent 1:1 care for patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person
- Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
- Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
- Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Current Florida PT license or eligibility
- Passion for patient‑centered, evidence‑based care
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
