Step Up Rehab is the in‑house therapy provider at the above skilled nursing facilities. Work inside the dedicated therapy gyms to help residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled occupational therapy to maximize independence and daily function
- Complete 13‑week travel assignments at partner facilities
- Develop creative, individualized treatment plans
- Support residents in regaining confidence and autonomy
- Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Active Florida OT license or eligibility
- Strong creativity, clinical reasoning, and communication
- Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and teams
