About the Position

PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) – Lake City Step Up Rehab is offering a flexible‑schedule PRN OT role at our Lake City facility. This position is for professionals licensed in the state of Florida. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Provide skilled OT‑related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

• Graduate of an accredited OT program
• Active Florida OT license (or license‑eligible) required
