Qualifications

Completion of an accredited PTA program
Active Florida PTA license or eligibility
Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
Passion for resident-centered rehabilitative care

Key Responsibilities

Support PT-led treatment plans to improve mobility and outcomes
Complete 13-week assignments across skilled nursing facilities
Collaborate with PTs, residents, and care teams
Provide coverage where immediate support is needed
