Responsibilities- Implementing selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner
- Provide skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence
- Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care team members
- Keeps timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associate in Physical Therapy
- Education and/or
Experience:
Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in the relevant field - Actively licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant

Compensation: $65 /4tx for Hospice patients
