Responsibilities- Evaluates and treats hospice patients in a home setting
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
- Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
- Provides your own equipment including smart devices and a blood pressure monitor
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral, Masters, or Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists also encouraged
- Actively licensed as a Florida Physical Therapist
