Transportation Specialist - Part-Time

Position Overview

We’re seeking a compassionate Patient Transporter to provide essential transportation support for our patients during their recovery journey. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring patients travel safely from pickup to their necessary destinations.

  Part‑time, Monday‑Wednesday, 8 AM–4 PM
• Location:
  
  Gulf Breeze, FL (On‑site + travel)

• Patient transportation:
  Safely transport patients to and from the Gulf Breeze, FL facility.
• Vehicle maintenance:
  Operate a company‑provided vehicle responsibly, including maintaining cleanliness and promptly reporting maintenance or safety concerns.
• Safety and professionalism:
  Maintain a secure and professional environment during transport, adhering to all policies and protocols.
• Patient interaction:
  Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when interacting with patients, providing reassurance and support as needed.
• Team collaboration:
  Communicate effectively with staff to coordinate patient schedules and report any concerns.

• HS Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record for the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age to comply with motor vehicle insurance requirements.

• Experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
• Knowledge of patient safety and confidentiality standards.
• Relevant certifications in CPR or first aid are a plus.
