OverviewPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who wants to build meaningful relationships with patients and see the long-term impact of their care. Work with Medicare Part B patients in Assisted Living and Independent Communities, following progress over time and focusing on improving independence, mobility, and quality of life.

- Lead engaging therapy sessions using therapeutic exercise, functional mobility, balance activities, and manual techniques
- Help patients improve strength, balance, and overall quality of life
- Collaborate with care teams, staff, and caregivers to achieve strong patient outcomes
- Document treatments and patient progress in accordance with established care plans
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or license eligible in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
- Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
- Passion for patient‑centered care and improving quality of life for older adults
