- Open and process incoming mail, including live checks and legal documentation
- Attach payment documentation to existing cases and create new cases as needed
- Enter payment and case data into internal systems (Maestro, MMIS, Perceptive Content)
- Scan, upload, and organize documentation using scanning equipment
- Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
- Support reconciliation activities as needed, including backup coverage
- Ensure compliance with payment handling procedures and confidentiality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily intake and processing deadlines
- High School Diploma / G.E.D. required
- Experience in mailroom operations, payment processing, or data entry
- Experience handling live checks or financial documents
- Experience in healthcare payment processing (Medicaid/Medicare preferred)
- Comfort working with multiple systems simultaneously
- Reliable attendance for full-time onsite work

- Friday, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Harver Assessment Requirement: As part of our interview process, all candidates must complete the Harver Assessment. The pay range for this position is $23,200.00 - $33,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
