Travel Occupational Therapist

Job Overview

TNAA Total Med Allied is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a mandatory 13‑week travel assignment in Mangonia Park, Florida. The role requires 40 hours per week on 8‑hour shifts.

• Evaluate patients’ medical history, observe the patients performing tasks, and assess their condition and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, set specific goals, and design activities to help patients progress toward those goals.
• Assist patients with disabilities in performing daily tasks, including evaluating the home or workplace for necessary modifications.
• Educate patients’ families and employers on accommodations and care strategies.
• Recommend and instruct patients on the use of adaptive equipment.
• Document patient activities, progress, billing information, and reports in accordance with state and insurance guidelines.

• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• BLS and NBCOT‑OTR National Certification (or eligible for expedited certification).
• State‑specific occupational therapy license.
• Proficiency in anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.
• Basic knowledge of billing and documentation standards.
• Must have 2 years of experience for quickest credentialing (additional certifications may be required).

Compensation is based on an 8‑hour shift schedule (40 hours per week) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
