Location: Immokalee
The Lakes Home Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide daily living and personal care services in patients' homes according to an established care plan. Responsibilities include baths, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, feeding, safe transfers, and assisting with range of motion and mobility as ordered.
You will observe and report patient changes to the nurse supervisor, follow the plan of care, document care performed, and maintain safety and comfort for each client.
