We are looking for a DPT or Physical Therapist to provide home-setting therapy services in St Augustine, FL 32080. Compensation is $120 per evaluation.
Responsibilities- Evaluates and treats patients in a Home Setting
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
- Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
- Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
