About the Role

As a Registered Dietitian at DaVita, you’ll be a part of a team that values work‑life balance and where your personal and professional growth is a top priority. You will analyze lab‑work results and educate patients and their families on what to eat accordingly. Your ability to influence and lead will be critical to helping them live better lives.

• Analyze lab‑work results and develop individualized nutrition plans.
• Educate patients and their families on diet and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with the core care team to support patient health goals.
• Participate in clinical goal‑setting and quality improvement initiatives.

• State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a similar area.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed.
• Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% after hire and training.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and DaVita specific applications within 60 days.
