- Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
- Must have graduated from an accredited school.
- Minimum one year's experience.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or actively pursuing licensure.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Other requirements determined by client facility.

The Physical Therapist / PT is responsible for the assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care, determining functional capabilities, limits, and potential for rehabilitation. The PT will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals tailored to the patient’s capacity and tolerance, under physician direction. The PT must set realistic, achievable goals, document the patient’s condition, and educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods.
- Develops a plan of care for each patient.
- Provides skilled PT services/interventions per physician orders.
- Assesses patient needs, plans, evaluates and modifies care to meet therapy goals.
- Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
