Travel Physical Therapist Assistant – Defuniak Springs, FL

National Staffing Solutions–Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist Assistant for a 13‑week contract beginning ASAP in Defuniak Springs, Florida. The role will involve assisting licensed Physical Therapists in patient care and rehabilitation activities while working in a skilled nursing facility setting at 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts.

• Assist Physical Therapists in directing patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and enhance performance.
• Facilitate the learning of those skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity.
• Diminish or correct pathology and promote and maintain health.

• Associate’s degree from an accredited school and current Physical Therapist Assistant license/ licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.
