Location: Citrus Springs
The Periscope Group is seeking an Independent Contractor to perform one-time in-home medical necessity assessments as a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
You will assess clients in their homes, recommend equipment and services, and complete secure online documentation using any device. A current PT or OT license and licensed practice are required, with travel to member homes and reliable transportation essential.
