Salary: $35–$40 per hour

Charlotte Bay Rehab and Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team full time. In this role, you’ll support our Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality, individualized therapy that helps residents achieve their highest level of independence and well-being.

• Provide therapy services under the direction of the Physical Therapist, following individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain professionalism at all times, adhering to departmental policies and fostering a positive, respectful environment.

• Follow strict safety and infection control protocols, including the proper use of PPE.

• Keep the therapy area organized, clean, and well-equipped.

• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or missing/unclear Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) promptly to your supervisor.

• Licensure: Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Florida.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a nursing home, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation setting preferred.
