Location: Crystal River
Job Overview
Travel Physical Therapist required in Crystal River, FL. Start date 07/27/2026, 13‑week assignment, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts, travel stipend.
Responsibilities- Work closely with patients to assess conditions and design personalized care plans.
- Document medical history, progress notes, and communicate issues to supervisors and team members.
- Provide direct patient care under established protocols.
- Accredited physical therapy program certification.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.
- Excellent interpersonal, empathy, patience, and compassion skills.
- Effective communication with active listening, writing, speaking, and reading.
- Fast, adaptive problem‑solving skills.
- Valid state license or eligibility to obtain one in Florida.
