Merriment Assisted Living Residence in Florida seeks a dedicated Resident Care Assistant (RCA) to provide direct care under supervision, ensuring a safe, dignified environment for residents on shifts from 7AM to 7PM and 7PM to 7PM.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, can read and write in English, and possess a positive attitude toward the elderly and mentally ill. Background checks are required; CPR/first aid certification is preferred or required by state policy.
