Location: Chiefland
Optum, part of the LHC Group family, invites you to join as a Home and Community Based Services Aide in Florida. You will provide personal care and assist with daily living activities to help clients remain at home, with a focus on safety and compassionate support.
Primary duties include personal care, meal prep, errands, and monitoring client condition. AHCA training (40 hours) or competency test is required, with CPR preferred and flexible hours offered.
