Master's Level Therapist

Job Summary

Centerstone seeks a compassionate and driven therapist to deliver individual, family, and group counseling across homes, schools, hospitals, and community settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services in the community.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and update treatment plans with client and family input.
• Conduct clinical behavioral health assessments.
• Enter documentation into Electronic Medical Record in a timely manner.
• Provide supportive and educational counseling (individual, family, group) to develop daily living and coping skills.
• Assist clients in developing natural support systems.
• Refer, advocate, and link clients and families to additional services as needed.
• Complete all required agency trainings to maintain 100% compliance.
• Maintain departmental productivity expectations.
• Additional training and/or certification may be required based on specific program guidelines.

• Effective communication via written, verbal, in person, and virtual methods.
• Develop supportive relationships with persons with legal, mental health, substance use, and co‑occurring issues while maintaining therapeutic boundaries.
• Possess knowledge of mental illness and recovery and ability to collaborate with community partners.
• Understanding of populations affected by mental illness, proven networking among diverse agencies, and strong planning and personnel management abilities.

• Master’s degree required.
• Experience:
  
  experience with mental health and/or co‑occurring issues; one year of relevant experience is preferred.
• Valid FL driver’s license required.

Full time. Pay Range: $41,700.00–$58,450.00.
