Location: Hudson
Vitality Senior Living - 13707 Dallas Drive - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities, simple treatments, and emotional health and/or problem behavioral issues as indicated in service plans;
Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences;
Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid;
Attend and participate in onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings;
Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director
