Job Summary
The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) functions in a scrub role for operative and other invasive procedures including establishing and maintaining a sterile field, specimen handling, counts, medications/solutions, implants and instrument processing and may assist with circulating duties, as well as participate in activities related to standards and quality improvement for the specialty and the department.

Salary Details:
Hourly rate is determined by years of worked experience as a CST, and internal equity within organization. Minimum rate starting at $25.50, max of salary range is $38.30.
- Active national Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
- Completion of a Surgical Technician program.
- Ability to sit for certification exam.
- Knowledgeable of selected specialty.
- Ability in one-on-one demonstration of sterile technique.
