Role:
Physical Therapist - Digital Health Specialist (Hybrid) Responsibilities

• Provide in-clinic and virtual physical therapy services for patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Develop personalized care plans, measure patient outcomes, and document treatments accurately.
• Deliver telehealth evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans using digital platforms.
• Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) and maintain communication with patients and clinicians.
• Support digital health program development, data analysis, and regional service growth.
• Collaborate with providers and leadership to optimize remote services and meet patient needs.
• Participate in marketing and program development activities.

• Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and licensure in Florida (or in process).
• Minimum of 2 years outpatient clinical experience, with digital health experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to quality patient care and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states and adapt to hybrid work environment.
