Our 180-bed skilled nursing facility provides a full continuum of care, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, and respite services. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve optimal mobility and independence.

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide physical therapy services to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Conducting exercises and activities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility
• Educating patients and their families on proper techniques and safety precautions
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's degree or higher in Physical Therapist Assistant program
• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
