As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Vivo Healthcare Wauchula, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation journey of our patients. Under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, you will assist with patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. Our PTA will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes.

• Assist physical therapists with patient assessments, treatment plans, and interventions

• Provide physical therapy interventions to patients, including exercise therapy, education, and training

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Participate in staff meetings and educational in-services to stay updated on best practices and company initiatives
