Bay Care - - Responsibilities:
Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and functional independence;
Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and use of assistive devices under PT supervision;
Monitor patient progress and communicate observations to the supervising Physical Therapist;
Document treatments and patient responses in accordance with facility and regulatory standards;
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to support continued recovery
