Role: Compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) supporting residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises, gait, and transfer training.
- Document progress and outcomes accurately.
- Educate residents and families on treatment goals and techniques.
- Collaborate closely with nursing and rehab staff within a team-focused, resident-centered environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional growth opportunities.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Ability to follow treatment plans and document progress accurately.
