Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Contractor Position.

AT Services is seeking a passionate and energetic Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team as an Independent Contractor. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse pediatric population in both clinic and school-based settings, providing meaningful intervention that helps children reach their full potential.

Position Overview:
  • Independent Contractor (1099).
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Clinic and school-based caseload.
  • Pediatric population (ages 2–21).
  • Competitive per-visit/per-hour compensation.
  • Opportunity to build and maintain a consistent caseload.
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, sensory, motor, behavioral, and functional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation.
  • Provide parent and caregiver education.
  • Maintain compliance with state and payer requirements.
Qualifications. For Occupational Therapists (OTR/L):
  • Active Florida Occupational Therapy License.
  • Pediatric experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage schedule efficiently.
For Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA):
  • Active Florida COTA License.
  • Pediatric experience preferred.
  • Ability to implement treatment plans under supervision of an OTR/L.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
