Our client, a prominent Century City, Los Angeles law firm, is seeking a lateral partner with a healthcare M&A practice and a substantial portable book of business.
The Role- Lead and grow the firm’s healthcare M&A practice
- Structure and negotiate healthcare transactions
- Mentor associates and contribute to business development
- Partner-level healthcare M&A experience
- Portable book of business (~$750,000 minimum)
- Active California Bar membership
