Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) – Flexible Hours – Hernando and Citrus County, FL
Com For Care Home Care is hiring compassionate caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs to provide in-home senior care. If you're looking for flexible hours, meaningful work, and bi-weekly pay, we want to hear from you. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, or healthcare support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene assistance)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Offer medication reminders under RN direction
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs) including meal prep, feeding, and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors
- Maintain accurate caregiver notes and documentation
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in caregiving, home health, or senior care (preferred)
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and caregiving best practices
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes

Additional Requirements
- Must pass Level 2 background screening via the AHCA Clearinghouse
