Responsibilities:

* Perform a variety of therapeutic massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty treatments

* Conduct client intake consultations to assess needs and customize each session accordingly

* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment room environment

* Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend appropriate service frequencies

* Uphold professional standards and adhere to all Florida massage therapy regulations and guidelines

* Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure a seamless and positive client experience

* Promote membership programs and retail products to enhance client wellness goals

Requirements:

* Active Florida Massage Therapy License (LMT) in good standing

* Experience performing Swedish, deep tissue, and other therapeutic massage modalities

* Strong interpersonal and client communication skills

* Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

* Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

* Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with industry techniques
