Job Description

Interim Health Care is looking for extremely motivated Home Health Aides to provide personal care as assigned by RN Case Manager to our clients in the home setting:

* Excellent communication

* Assist client with bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, maintaining a clean and safe environment

* Assist client with other activities: shopping, homemaking, prepare and serve meals, and client socialization

* Assist with ambulation, transfer, and/or range of motion exercises

* Utilize good infection control measures

* Recognize, document and report changes in client environment to supervisor

Job Requirements

* Must have a current Florida CNA License and/or Home Health Aide certificate

* 6 months Experience

* Excellent Communication

* Current CPR (NO ONLINE)

* Valid Driver's License

* Proof of Current Car Insurance

* Able to Lift, Carry, Push or Pull up to 50 pounds
