We are seeking a Speech Therapist responsible for assessing and evaluating patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.
Key Duties Include- Providing services within legal scope and in coordination with the healthcare team
- Evaluating patient function and assisting in developing treatment plans
- Performing interventions to improve communication and swallowing
- Monitoring and documenting patient responses and progress
- Educating patients, families, and caregivers on speech therapy techniques
- Adapting to diverse home environments and patient needs
Licensed in Speech Therapy in the relevant state, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred skills:CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days), availability for weekend rotation.
This role offers a competitive salary and benefits, including incentives, 401k, and recognition programs. The salary range is $74,936 to $112,404 annually based on full-time hours.
