Job Summary:

Martin Coast Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Hobe Sound, Florida. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of medical conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' range of motion, strength, balance, and mobility

• Conduct daily therapy sessions, including exercises, activities, and modalities as prescribed by the patient's plan of care

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care and coordination

• Document patient progress, including treatment notes, billing information, and discharge summaries

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop treatment plans

• Maintain a clean and organized therapy area, including equipment and supplies

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Florida

• Bachelor's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
