Vitality Senior Living - 13798 Speer Island Drive - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living and emotional health issues as indicated in service plans;
Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs;
Observe and report resident problems to LPN or Medication Tech/Aid;
Attend onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings;
Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director
