Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist

Role: Outpatient Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities: Lead clinic operations, provide patient-centered physical therapy for diverse orthopedic and neurologic cases, develop individualized care plans, track outcomes, ensure thorough documentation, manage administrative and financial tasks, support team development, and foster a collaborative clinic culture. Pursue ongoing professional growth through workshops, conferences, and community engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensed or eligible as a PT
• Minimum one year of PT experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for learning, growth, and community impact

Key Duties: Manage daily clinic operations, deliver quality outpatient care, implement care plans, utilize outcome measurement tools, and mentor staff. Balance clinical treatment with administrative responsibilities in a 45-hour work week (35 treatment + 10 admin).
