The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures to assist our providers in diagnosing and treating medical conditions. In addition, this position will ensure the well-being of patients and provide a positive, supportive environment while working in conjunction with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, front office staff and clinical staff.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:This position provides supervision to others:

- Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray examinations in accordance with physician orders.
- Ensure proper patient positioning, technique, and radiation safety protocols.
- Prepare and maintain imaging equipment; report any malfunctions.
- Verify patient identity and explain procedures clearly to ensure patient comfort and understanding.
- Maintain accurate records of imaging procedures and patient data, including retrieving and archiving radiolographic reports
- Assist with front and back office duties as needed, such as rooming patients, taking vital signs, or assisting with medical procedures (if applicable).
- Follow HIPAA and OSHA guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Provide proper, concise and complete EMR documentation and paper based documentation for all assessment and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned
