- Knowledge of administrative principles, applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Computer and software skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
- Preferred:
Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) training and certification - Preferred:
Experience analyzing and processing background screening/criminal history results for healthcare practitioners
