Description:
OR Care Technician I
The OR Care Technician I is a member of the health care team who performs direct and indirect patient care tasks under the direction of and oversight of an RN.
- Responsible for supplies / equipment and performs other duties as assigned including, but not limited to the preparation of patients for surgery / procedures; assists in the operating room during surgery and in the recovery room; and performs support duties to include the cleaning and maintenance of supplies, instruments, and sterilizers.

Required:
1-year experience in patient care
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) with the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Preferred Requirements:· Specialized education in PCT, LPN, EMT, MA, or CNA
