Location: Sumterville
Ability Care Services is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to assess patients and perform home health visits under the supervising PT. You will document services and progress, perform therapeutic procedures, and report progress to caregivers and physicians as needed.
Requirements include a FL-approved PTA associate degree, current FL PTA license, reliable transportation, and a Level II background check prior to start. Per diem/contract positions available across service areas.
