Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team.

What You'll Do
  • Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
  • Help residents improve independence with activities of daily living and functional skills.
  • Educate residents and families on therapy programs, safety techniques, and home programs.
  • Monitor resident progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist.
  • Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
Qualifications
  • Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.
  • Passion for resident care and geriatric rehabilitation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
