You will evaluate, develop, and provide speech, language, voice, hearing, and swallowing therapy to patients in their homes or facilities. Your responsibilities include conducting assessments, administering diagnostic tests, creating and reviewing treatment plans, and documenting patient progress. You will educate patients and families on communication aids, provide counseling, and participate in care coordination and discharge planning. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional standards are essential.
Qualifications Include- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology (ASHA)
- Minimum six months of experience as a speech therapist
- Current, unrestricted license and CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Home health experience.
This role involves patient-facing activities, TB screening, and driver safety compliance. Compensation ranges from $85,400 to $117,500 annually, with benefits supporting whole-person well-being, including paid time off and retirement plans.
