, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director, Clinical Services-Regional Hospice Programs to lead clinical operations across hospice care settings within an assigned region. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing patient and family care services, developing high-performing interdisciplinary teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring exceptional quality, compliance, and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strategic healthcare leader who is passionate about hospice care, team development, and advancing our mission of providing extraordinary care and support to patients and families.

• Lead and oversee hospice clinical operations across home care teams, inpatient units, and community partner facilities within your region.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing interdisciplinary teams while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence.
• Drive quality, patient satisfaction, census growth, and operational performance through effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, medical directors, and community partners to ensure exceptional patient and family experiences.
• Monitor regulatory compliance, quality standards, staffing effectiveness, and clinical outcomes while maintaining state and federal requirements.
• Represent Tidewell Hospice and Empath Health as a community ambassador through provider relationships, outreach activities, and strategic partnerships.

• Education and/or
  
  Experience:
  
  Health Care, clinically focused bachelor’s degree Master’s degree preferred.
  
  Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory/management role, preferably in a Hospice setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have reliable transportation and provide proof of a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance, a copy of which will be placed in the employee’s HR file.
• Licensure:
  Registered Nurse or other Health Care Discipline required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
