This position is onsite, allowing physical therapists to collaborate closely within a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a community of learning and advancement. Our facility boasts modern equipment and a design that is conducive to both individual therapy sessions and group rehabilitation programs. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced schedule to support both professional and personal commitments.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' musculoskeletal conditions through comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic tests.
• Design personalized and effective rehabilitation programs that encompass a variety of treatment techniques and modalities.
• Implement hands-on therapy sessions, guiding patients through progressive exercise regimens that are adapted to their specific healing needs.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, employing evidence-based practices to modify interventions for optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients on strategies for injury prevention, post-rehabilitation care, and health maintenance to support long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to discuss treatment plans and ensure cohesive care pathways for each patient.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and practice standards.

In this role, you will engage primarily with clients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic conditions impacting mobility. A compassionate approach towards each individual's unique healing journey is essential. Your role will not only involve direct treatment but also around empowering patients with knowledge and confidence to actively participate in their recovery process.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active or eligible Florida Physical Therapist license.
• Demonstrated knowledge of orthopedic and sports rehabilitation practices.

• At least two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, particularly within an orthopedic or sports context.
• Familiarity with the latest rehabilitation techniques and technologies, including therapeutic modalities and exercise protocols.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
