This full-time position involves working directly with patients in an onsite rehabilitation facility, providing comprehensive assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to individuals with musculoskeletal disorders. • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing pertinent medical histories, performing objective assessments, and delivering detailed reports that guide individualized treatment plans.
• Engage patients and their families in discussions to explain evaluation findings and collaboratively set treatment goals that align with the patient's aspirations and lifestyle.
• Implement and demonstrate proficiency in appropriate treatment protocols, tailored to each patient's needs and conditions, while remaining adaptable to changes in the healthcare landscape.
• Consult with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals as needed, documenting alterations in patients' conditions and modifying treatment plans accordingly.
• Manage discharge planning and ensure appropriate follow-up care, including meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment milestones to uphold the standards of care.
• Exhibit effective time management skills to meet productivity expectations while maintaining a well-organized and timely schedule.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing patient access to care and engaging in community outreach projects.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and demonstrate leadership by mentoring and instructing clinical students and new staff.

• A Bachelor's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid Florida license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Commitment to maintaining high professional standards and continuing education.

• While prior clinical experience is preferred, recent graduates are encouraged to apply as we provide mentorship and training to support professional growth.
• Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities is advantageous.
