This position is based in our vibrant outpatient office located in Bradenton Beach, Florida, a picturesque locale known for its stunning sunsets and community spirit. Working onsite allows our physical therapists to engage directly with clients in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and resources that enhance patient experiences and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and direct personalized physical therapy treatments focused on orthopedic conditions, aiming to alleviate pain, prevent disability, and restore maximum mobility while adhering to each client's individualized plan of care.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of client functional abilities using diagnostic and prognostic tests on muscular, nerve, and joint functions, providing a comprehensive understanding of each patient's needs.
  • Implement and oversee a variety of manual and non-manual therapeutic exercises, guiding and motivating clients through tailored recovery routines that empower their journey to health.
  • Administer treatments such as traction and massage and utilize physical agents based on the client's specific therapeutic goals.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to evaluate, fit, and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices, making necessary modifications as part of the treatment plan.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will be focused on a diverse patient population, including adults with orthopedic injuries, post-operative recovery cases, and individuals dealing with chronic pain. Our team prides itself on developing relationships with clients and providing personalized care that fosters trust while significantly contributing to their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
  • Active state license as a Physical Therapist in Florida is mandatory.
  • At least two years of professional experience in orthopedic settings, geriatrics, and outpatient care is required, with a proven track record of managing diverse patient needs.
  • Proficient understanding of orthopedic assessment and treatment techniques alongside patient care planning.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems to document patient progress and treatment plans effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with advanced rehabilitation technologies and therapeutic modalities is a plus.
  • Training in specialized orthopedic techniques, such as manual therapy or sports rehab, will be considered beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
