Advent Health Altamonte Ambulatory Infusion Center (AIC) Pharmacy seeks a Pharmacist to educate patients and healthcare teams on safe medication use. You will ensure timely, cost-effective therapy and participate in stewardship, while engaging in direct patient care and rounds to support seamless transitions of care.
Responsibilities include supervising technicians and residents, reporting medication safety events, and optimizing documentation with EHRs and automation.
