Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable On-Call Activity Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help create and lead engaging activities that enhance the quality of life, social engagement, and emotional well‑wellbeing of our residents. • Assist with planning, organizing, and facilitating recreational, social, educational, and therapeutic activities.
• Encourage resident participation and engagement in scheduled programs.
• Set up and clean activity areas before and after programs.
• Escort residents to and from activities as needed.
• Assist with holiday celebrations, special events, and community outings.
• Maintain activity supplies and equipment.
• Document resident attendance and participation.
• Create a positive, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all residents.
• Provide friendly and compassionate interaction with residents while supporting their individual interests and needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors, healthcare, recreation, or activity programs is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to work with residents with varying levels of mobility and cognitive function.
• Reliable and flexible availability to work on an on‑call basis.
